Shipping & Delivery

All bulk orders shipped By Air or By Sea and small orders shipped by DHL, FedEx or TNT for better and fast delivery. Small orders shipped within 2 weeks and bulk orders delivery depends on the quantity of order. Usually can be shipped within 4 - 6 weeks. Privacy

Your privacy is important for us. We want that you feel comfortable using Enormous Trading Services. Our main policy to keep privacy and secrecy of our customer's orders, designs and other information.   

Returns and Replacements

We produce all the orders as per the customer's instructions, as per samples or as per products images shown on our website. Each product checked at every step of our production process to maintain the quality. Every effort is made to ensure that our products should be correct from every manufacturing defects. However if any product has any problem or defect comes in our workmanship. You must report this within a week of receipt of goods, otherwise we will not accept any claim.

Ordering

All the orders will be accept with Customer's Purchase Order along with order details and against our Proforma Invoice.

Payment Terms

50% Upfront (Advance) and 50% balance amount before shipment. All the payments will be in the favour of our Company's Bank A/C.
